Aliceville High School students Tamarcus Harkins and Joshua Taylor had the opportunity to participate in the STEM Entrepreneurship Academy hosted by the University of Alabama over the summer. As part of the program, participating students developed and presented a business plan to raise funds for their respective schools. We are proud to announce that the project developed by Tamarcus and Joshua has been recognized for excellence, and in turn, has secured a $500 STEM Entrepreneurship Academy Team Grant for AHS to use in the implementation of their business plan. Congratulations and keep up the great work!!!
